Warranty Policy of FOCUS’s LAMPS
FOCUS VINA CO., LTD would like to send to customers the warranty policy of FOCUS LED products as follows:
Product warranty is fix failures, technical problems caused by FOCUS manufacturer’s fault.
Lighting products manufactured by the FOCUS factory, are warranted for a maximum of 3 years (depending on the product line, the factory stipulates a different warranty period). The warranty is applied from the date of delivery (Details are indicated on the warranty card, voucher, or purchase invoice). The detailed warranty period:
Residential light series: all kinds of recessed lights, all kinds of ceiling lights, all kinds of FPL lamps, all kinds of Bulb lights, decorative lights, bathroom lights, all kinds of tweed lights, garage lights, moisture-proof lights, …: 1-year warranty.
Industrial light series: factory lights, street lights, floodlights, and specially manufactured lamps: 2~3 years warranty.
When there is a product warranty claim, the customer must notify the FOCUS factory in writing about: quantity, warranty status of each product code, enclosed with a list, clearly stating the date of the year. receive goods (damage quantity/usage quantity, product use time, damaged product description, etc.).
Products are warranted while within the warranty period.
Product warranty only applies to customers who buy products manufactured by FOCUS factory.
Product warranty is only applied when the product is used properly, for the right purpose for use and operated according to the technical instructions, manuals of the FOCUS factory.
FOCUS factory reserves the right to determine the validity of any warranty claim.
The warranty is only valid when the FOCUS factory technical department confirms the fault of the product.
If the product does not fix the defect within the warranty period, the FOCUS factory will renew the product for the customer.
Shipping costs for two-way warranty goods (delivery and receipt), costs for dismantling/reinstalling, as well as other related damage costs, will be fully borne by the customer.
The product is out of warranty period.
Products are bought and liquidated cheaply in the form of long-term inventory, defective goods.
The voucher, warranty card, or purchase invoice has been altered in any way or is illegally copied.
Model, production date has been changed, erased, or unreadable.
Products are arbitrarily dismantled, repaired, or interfered with by the customer.
The product is not used by the instructions for use, abuse, and misuse cause product damage.
The product is installed in a place where the ambient temperature exceeds 550C.
Products are mechanically affected, deformed, dropped, broken, bumped, scratched, damaged by moisture, rust, water, paint, mortar, animals ingress.
The product is connected by voltage too low, too high, unstable, current control systems exceed technical limits, power supply standards do not match.
Natural disasters (fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, saltwater intrusion…) causing damage, deformation.
Due to normal wear and tear or due to normal aging of the product.
In this case, replacing the new product is not possible. Since this product is unavailable or out of production, the FOCUS manufacturer will use an equivalent product (with similar design and specifications) in exchange for an obsolete product that is no longer in production. again.
Customers can return the goods within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the goods. Products to be exchanged, returned must: unused, intact, not scratched, dented, deformed.
The product is not defective, after the above time, please do not return the goods.
Note: Within 24 hours after receiving the goods, please contact the company’s sales staff to inform them about the product status if you are not satisfied or have errors.
This warranty policy will be in effect from the date of signing until a new release version is published.
